and I did

While I am not a fan of rap music there is two exceptions to this, Kanye West and Eminem. I wont go into a big rant why but in short -

Eminem for his use of English, telling stories, rhyming and just overall clever with putting rhymes together that results in something funny (controversial or not). Forget all the silly "I'm going to murder my wife" or wear a Jason mask and wave around a chainsaw stuff, give credit where it's due and all that.... he's good at English.

Kanye West for his drive and confidence, wanting to be the best you can be at something and progressing out of a comfort zone if you will. His overall use of both verbal and visual art to tell a story and express himself.

Anyway the concert was amazing. Just the stage, visuals and they way it was put together to tell a story. Think "Close Encounters" - "The Abyss" & "Star Wars/Trek'ish" is the best way to explain the visual side to it.

I don't think I'll be to a concert like it again, and in one sense thats good. As if everyone took the time, effort, creationism and money like Kanye did to deliver that show, well it wouldn't seem so cool and different..... which it was.
