Japanese Earthquake & Tsunami
Just a word on whats happening in Japan right now.
Having spent November 2010 there on one of the most amazing experiences of my life, seeing how nice the people are and what an amazing place it is, my heart really goes out to them.
I picked the above photos from my time in Japan as I felt they suited best. They've went through hard and devastating times before and persevered. They will do the same.
Here's one of the many links out there if you would like donate http://www.redcross.org.uk/Donate-Now/Make-a-single-donation/Japan-Tsunami-Appeal

Oliver Peoples Vintage Lookbook - Nod to American Psycho
Oliver Peoples Vintage from Oliver Peoples on Vimeo.
Encouraged by numerous requests from loyal friends, family and longtime loyal customers, Oliver Peoples founder Larry Leight was inspired to explore his personal archive of original Oliver Peoples designs. After losing himself in a time machine of memories, Larry discovered several iconic, brand-defining styles with original vintage glass lenses in rare shades. Convinced that interest in these classic styles is just as strong today as it was twenty years ago, he wanted to make some available to select customers. Since very few originals still exist, and because it is essential that the same attention to detail, craftsmanship and the integrity of the original styles be retained, the brand reached out to the same Japanese factory to reproduce these designs in a limited run.
Tom Ford “Singleman” Glasses
Tom Ford releases a new style of glasses inspired by the character George Falconer, played by Academy Award-winning actor Colin Firth, in the Ford-directed film A Single Man. With a dark brown tortoise shell frame, the vintage-inspired “Singleman” style is accented by a small metal stripe on the temple and arm as well as minimal branding at the tips.
